About Joan Rapp

My love of real estate blossomed from my study of Architecture, Business, and Art History. Pairing a client's interests and lifestyle with the home that exemplifies who they are and what they love is the heart of my successful real estate career. 

In real estate, it's important to work with somone you trust. With almost three decades in real estate, I've worked in fluctuating markets and diverse situations. My experience saves clients time and money.  And as such, I've built a loyal base of satisfied clients. They trust my experience to guide them through the most important transactions they make in a lifetime.   

I'm a lifelong resident of the Capital Region. Born in beautiful Columbia County, I grew up in Albany County and settled in Rensselear County. I attended SUNY New Paltz and HVCC. I have in-depth experience in New Construction, Residential Real Estate, Investment Properties, and Land Development.  Rest assured with the right experienced Real Estate professional, you can obtain all your objectives.
